Terms.
By using Build Room — the website, the free intro, the paid products — you agree to what's below. It's short on purpose. Read it.
What this is
Build Room is a digital product operated by Ripple Studio LLC (a Pennsylvania LLC). The current offerings:
- Ship Your First Thing — a free Claude Code intro and 10-day training
- Build Room — a $9/mo community, monthly subscription
- Ship Loop — a $297/mo cohort program, monthly subscription, capped capacity
- Ship & Sell — a $2,997 1:1 program, by application only
Payments and refunds
All payments run through Whop (using Stripe). I never touch card data.
- Subscriptions ($9/mo, $297/mo) — cancel anytime in your Whop account. You keep access through the end of the billing period. No partial-month refunds.
- One-time programs (Ship & Sell) — refunds handled case-by-case before the program starts. No refunds after kickoff.
- Free products — no payment, nothing to refund. Unsubscribe via the link in any email.
What you're signing up for
I teach a process. I don't guarantee outcomes. People who put in the work usually ship something. People who don't, don't. The thing I can promise is that I'll show up, the content will be there, and the community will be active. The thing I can't promise is that you'll personally make money or build something successful.
Your responsibilities
- You're at least 18.
- The information you give Whop and me (email, payment) is accurate and yours.
- You don't share private content — videos, prompts, member chats, paid material — outside of Build Room. Doing so is grounds for removal without refund.
- You don't harass, spam, or scrape other members. I run a small community. I'll remove you and refund the unused portion if you do.
Intellectual property
Everything I make for Build Room — the videos, prompts, blueprints, written material — is mine. You get a license to use it for your own work and projects. You don't get a license to repackage it and sell it as your own course.
Anything you build using what I teach is yours. Outright. I don't own your apps, your customers, or your revenue.
Termination
You can cancel any subscription at any time via Whop. I can remove you from the community for the reasons above (sharing private content, harassment, spam). If I do, I'll refund the unused portion of any current month.
No warranty
The site and the products are provided "as is." Tools break. Members come and go. AI changes weekly. I'll keep things working but I don't guarantee uptime, specific features remaining unchanged, or that any particular thing in the curriculum will still apply six months from now.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows: my liability for any claim related to Build Room is capped at what you paid me in the 12 months before the claim. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost time, lost ideas, etc.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Disputes go to the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA first. We can also try to resolve things directly — usually faster than either of us calling a lawyer.
Changes
If these terms change meaningfully, I'll update the version stamp at the top and notify subscribers. Continuing to use Build Room after a change means you accept the new version.
