Who this is

Build Room is operated by Ripple Studio LLC (a Pennsylvania LLC). This page applies to the Build Room website (buildroom.studio) and any product hosted on it. Whop, Stripe, and email tools have their own policies, linked below.

What I collect

• Email — when you opt into the free intro or any product. Whop captures this; I get a copy through Whop.
• Page activity — which pages you visit, where you click, how far you scroll, time on page. Captured by Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, and Vercel Analytics.
• Session recordings — Microsoft Clarity records anonymized sessions (mouse movement, clicks, scroll). It blurs form input by default. I use these to fix things people get stuck on, not to identify individuals.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Whop and Stripe. I never see your card details.

Why

To deliver the thing you signed up for, to fix what's broken, and to figure out which CTAs work. Nothing else.

Cookies

The analytics tools above use cookies to recognize repeat visits and stitch sessions together. They're first-party, no cross-site tracking. You can block them in your browser without breaking the site.

Who I share data with

Only the platforms that run the funnel:

• Whop — community, payments, email capture
• Stripe — payment processing (via Whop)
• Microsoft Clarity — session recordings, heatmaps
• PostHog — event tracking (US Cloud)
• Vercel — hosting, web analytics

I don't sell your data. I don't share it with ad networks. I don't run retargeting pixels (yet — if I do, this page changes first).

How long I keep it

Email stays as long as you're on a list. Analytics data is kept according to each tool's defaults — Clarity keeps recordings for 30 days; PostHog keeps events for 1 year; Vercel keeps page-level data for 1 year. Aggregated counts may live longer.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

• Send you a copy of the data I have on you
• Delete it
• Stop emailing you (every email has an unsubscribe link too)

Kids

Build Room is for adults. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, I'll update the version stamp at the top and email subscribers. Old versions are in the git history at github.com/ConcosleyMedia/Whop_LandingPage.
